Description

We are looking for habilitation assistants for our short-term accommodation for children and young people.

The purpose of the initiative is to relieve relatives, as well as provide the individual with a change of environment and recreation.

If you want to work with us, you are genuinely interested in meeting our children, young people, and relatives with warmth and commitment.

Responsibilities

You will guide and support children and young people in a safe and pedagogical manner based on each individual's needs, interests, and functional level. The tasks also include documenting and establishing implementation plans, so we prefer that you have good computer skills.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience and relevant education, preferably focused on children and youth.

As a person, you are secure, engaged, and positive, and have a pedagogical approach. We work based on a low-arousal response. You are flexible and have a good ability to collaborate in a team as well as work independently.

In our recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Conditions

The position is full-time, and you will work evenings, weekends, and nights. We are also looking for substitutes for longer and shorter periods. Please indicate in your application the extent to which you can and want to work.
